Catering to Filipino mechanical engineers, plant mechanics, and students from various disciplines, the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) holds its annual National Convention (NATCON) and the Philippine Machinery Exhibition (PHILMACH) during the third week of October each year at the SMX Convention Center in Manila, Philippines.
